Exchange Rate

Operator: “911 … what is your emergency?”

Caller: “I need some assistance – I am at risk of not making my fantasy hockey playoffs!”

It’s here! Your fantasy hockey playoffs start in most pools this week and you are ready to put a season’s worth of research to work. This doesn’t have to feel like that dreaded dentist appointment you had scheduled months ago. Give yourself a stick tap for getting in position to reap the rewards. Hopefully, these weekly articles helped provide some useful suggestions to maximize the schedule and claim players to pad your weekly stats.

This week, the 911 once again brings you new advice on how to keep your edge in your fantasy hockey pool. Check back right here for a fresh “Exchange Rate” every week prior to the weekend games, including fantasy league playoff weeks. Push your odds with choices from the list of options below, all near or less than 50% owned in Yahoo leagues – along with some higher risk listed at less than 20% ownership as of Wednesday, Feb 27. Also, you can always look back at last week’s exchange rate for over-looked upward trending players.

Taking chances and playing the waiver choices and favorable schedules wins leagues.
