Exchange Rate

Operator: “911 … what is your emergency?”

Caller: “I need some assistance – I am at risk of not making my fantasy hockey playoffs!”

Welcome to the 2021 version of the Exchange Rate penned by a devoted hockey fan and fantasy veteran. Hopefully you will find useful advice posted here over each weekend on pickups, starts/sits, along with tips on taking advantage of favorable schedules. As we start week 1, this help is geared for weekly player pools and it will take a couple weeks or so to see how lines and pairings play out for each team. We already have games postponed due to Covid, and this year more than ever you will have to follow the latest NHL news on in-season scheduling changes. Good luck to all and lets have fun while enjoying the 2021 season!
