2011 NFL Playoffs

Ok... someone had to post about it, what the hell is going on with the Saints?!?!?! It's 41 - 30 Seattle right now in the 4th.... this has to be one of the biggest upsets in a while based on regular season records!

A few random facts that I found that both went against the Saints.

-The defending Super Bowl champ has not won a playoff game the next year since 2005.
-The Saints have never won a road playoff game in their history.

Qwest Field is also the toughest place to play in the NFL.

Still though, the Seahawks limped into the playoffs, and ended with a 7-9 record. The Saints were pretty good during the regular season, but they had the Falcons in their division.

Oh man, two great games! I'm a little disappointed since I took Manning as one of my QB's in my cash playoff pool though :(

Helluva game though! Love it when games go right to the wire, and the Jets earned that one.

Jet game was amazing. Colts were stupid to take that time out with 30 seconds left but I dont think it would of affected the outcome. Jets weren't gonna use the TO right there anyway. Nice win and now we are off to New England. Hopefully the momentum will carry us.

I thought the game was over when freaking Schottenheimer made that ridiculous play call to throw deep on 3rd and two. Once Edwards missed the catch and we punted. I thought the game was over right there.

Ravens (I seriously picked them)
Packers
Bears
Patriots

I picked the Steelers on another message board, yet I picked the Ravens here and in a free playoff pool. Hmmmm...

Nice win by the Jets, although I'll have to hear about it all week. (not a Patriots fan or a Giants fan, I just live in NY)

I can't believe the Pats lost... wow... there goes my cash pool... hahaha... but that's what makes playoffs so exciting, upsets and big wins.

A part of me thought just maybe that Seattle was going to complete the comeback.... but it was time for their Cinderella story to end. No one from that division should have even made playoffs with those horrible records.

What happened to the Falcons... my god, Matt Ryan, what a horrible performance.

The Steelers - Ravens game was another dandy, much hogher scoring than I thought it would be for two defensive teams, but a great game.

I'm a closet 49ers fan, so really, I'm just hoping for good games... especially since my pool team is pretty much done now.

I agree. By far and way the best game was the Steelers/Ravens. Although that was predictable from about a mile away.

I didn't watch Rodgers dismantle the Falcons and I think the Seahawks outcome was predictable. Although there was the slight chance of Cutler being Cutler and letting them steal one. It was nice to see the Patriots bow out, even if it was to the Jets.

I'm hoping for a Steelers/Green Bay super bowl. Those two defenses should get it done and it would make for a heck of a game.
